ABOUT

Chantelle malarkey

Hailing from Minnesota, “The Land of 10,000 Lakes,” Chantelle now makes her home along the shores of sunny, San Diego with her husband, Brian, son Hunter, and twins, Miles and Sailor. And lest we not forget, two of the cutest Weimaraner’s around, Stella and Scout.

A lover of the arts, Chantelle discovered her passion for photography at an early age when she received her first camera. The joy of capturing the perfect moment led her to pursue a film degree from the Minneapolis College of Art & Design, and since then she’s held various positions, all utilizing her artistic eye, from photography to interior design.

Chantelle has a passion for all things pretty; whether it’s gorgeous food (easy to come by when you’re married to a chef), a perfect bouquet of peonies, or the red soles of a Christian Louboutin heel.  Not to mention, her kids are pretty adorable too.

Chantelle mixes high end with low end, for attainable fashion and design. She supplements her fashion posts with insightful information about her personal life, making the content on her blog unique and distinctive. This personal content allows readers to connect with Chantelle on a more personal level. As a full time mother, photographer, designer, and influencer, Chantelle is a true representation of the modern woman.

I absolutely love being creative! i am an artist. i love making art. i love beautiful photographs. i love all aspects of design. i love fashion. i love getting dressed up. i love COLLABORATING. i love food. i love music. love is in the details.

From the glitz and glam of the San Diego social scene to the down and dirty mom of three routine, Chantelle invites you to join on her journey as she talks about food, fashion, family, and FUN!

ABOUT chef’s wife, Chef’s life

Chantelle + Brian’s love for food

It’s not about fancy food.
It’s not about five star restaurants.

It’s all about the company you are sharing the experience with. The stories being told, the laughter, the memories.

The best meal I ever had was one of the simplest meals. Steamed Lobster, a bottle of bubbles on the night I proposed to my wife.

GUY’S GROCERY GAMES | APRIL 14TH

Delivery: All Star Family Face-Off, Part 2

Guy Fieri puts the "feud" in family food with the second installment of the All-Star Family Face-Off. First, the chef teams have to work together to make a sandwich and side using ingredients that weigh evenly on a scale. Guy and his son Hunter even join in on the cooking action and play along.

In round two, Guy and Hunter teach the teams the ABCs of Triple G when they ask the competitors to make surf 'n' turf. With family pride on the line, only one team will walk away with $10,000 and a chance to compete in the finale.
