Tropical Painkiller Cocktail

 

The pain killer is like a piña coalada but much much better! It’s one of my favorite drinks and reminds me of relaxing on the beach in Mexico… It has been so beautiful in San Diego the past week been loving getting out in the sunshine! There are different ways to make the pain killer I like to make it as a smoothie like a piña coalada pulsing the ingredients in a blender with ice until smooth but there is also the option of shaking it and pouring it over ice. If the second option is your plan of attack make sure you shake it enough for the cream of coconut to dissolve into the drink! It’s a thicker ingredient so takes a bit longer to mix in well. This is the perfect drink going into the spring and summer time fruity, refreshing, and oh so yummy. I can’t wait to sit by the pool and drink these this summer, cheers! xo, Chantelle
