Peach Power

I feel like everyone is ready to jump into fall season but I am holding on to these last 20 days of summer. The kids are back in school and its bittersweet! I miss having them around the house during the day, doing fun activities, and taking trips to see family. However…I am so excited to get back to a daily routine of my own without having three little people running my life all day everyday. My number one goal is getting back on a consistent workout schedule. During the summer workouts can be limited to 10 minute power workout or days chasing the kiddos around the beach. Here are a few ways that I like to stay in shape when I have some more me time! I also love a good matching set and linking my new favorite by L*Space from Swirl Boutique (because let’s be honest it’s a lot easier to workout when you look good).

Yoga Six Sculpt Classes

One of my girlfriends is an instructor at our local yoga studio and has really gotten me into their yoga sculpt & flow class! It’s the perfect combination of yoga and weight training in a heated room, starting out with yoga flow to warm your body up and then diving into weighted exercises to challenge your body. Yoga sculpt is always high energy with fun music the entire time.

Peloton Workouts

I have a Peloton at my house which is the best for when you want to squeeze in a workout with however much time you have throughout your day. Whether it’s an hour, thirty minutes, or ten minutes Peloton will have something for you. When I’m crunched for time I like to do their 10 minute sculpted arm workout to get some movement in my day.

Hill Walks with my Girlfriends

Where I live there are LOTS of hills which makes walks more like a workout. My favorite way to start my day is to grab a coffee with one of my girlfriends and go on a long incline walk to get my heart rate up first thing in the morning. It’s a great way to catch up with friends will still doing some morning movement.

Meditation

I love turning my bedroom into a meditation sanctuary by putting down a yoga mat, lighting a bunch of candles, and laying out my crystals. I turn the lights off and go through a guided meditation to let myself unwind after a long day. Taking some time to be alone with my own thoughts is something I cherish (especially when you have 3 kids). I take this time to focus on my mental health and having gratitude for my own body and the amazing things it does for me.

Dietary Supplements - Bubs Naturals

I love finding dietary supplements that are natural and support my immune as well as my gut health. Bubs Natural recently sent me a bunch of goodies that I am so excited to add into my daily routine. So far I am loving the items that I have tried! Pictured above is the Fountain of Youth Formula made for glowing skin, shining hair, and strong nails and it taste absolutely delicious. I used the Bubs Naturals handheld mixer to stir it but imagine it can also be used for frothing up some milk for my coffee. Looking forward to trying the Collagen Protein and MCT Oil Powder in my smoothies, coffee, or just a glass of water! xo, Chantelle
