MOSCOW MULE TWO WAYS

Happy Friday! Who doesn't love to wind down at the end of the week with a cocktail? One of my favorite cocktails is a Moscow Mule. The lime, ginger, and mint make it so light and refreshing; what's not to love! Since pomegranates are in season, I decided to put a little twist on the classic mule and use this Frankly Organic Pomegranate vodka instead of plain. The color is beautiful! Of course, I had to use these copper mugs from Anthropologie because what's a Moscow Mule without one?! These mugs are classic and keep your drink colder, longer. Garnish with some candied ginger and mint, and voila, the weekend has begun!

The other day I went to lunch with my husband and had a champagne mule; it was amazing! I couldn't help but try and recreate it myself. It's a fun twist on a Moscow Mule with the addition of champagne because who doesn't love more fizz. It's a delicious drink to pair with brunch! I used these champagne flutes from Anthropologie that are perfect for any champagne drink. I can't wait to make these for my girlfriends, cheers!
