Key Lime Pie Martini

Pucker Up! This cocktail is delicious! When I was pregnant with Hunter, Brian and I were at the Miami food and wine festival. I was craving key lime pie every day. I mean, seriously, every time there was key lime pie on the menu, I ordered it! I have always loved key lime pie; the sweet and tart come together perfectly. On our most recent trip to Key West a few weeks ago, I went to the gorgeous Isla Bella Resort in Key West, and I had the most amazing key lime pie, Martini! I, of course, ordered it, reminiscing on my obsession with the key lime pie when I was there 13 years ago with Brian. The views at the resort were stunning, and the drink was to die for! It was key lime pie in a cup. I decided to put my own spin on it this cocktail Friday and made it myself! I think this may be my favorite one, yet…so delicious. The graham cracker rim adds a special crunch that really puts it over the top! Let me tell you though, key limes are not the easiest to come by so if you can’t find them buy this key lime pie juice that I included in the post. Cheers to the weekend. xo, Chantelle
